Staff

You will be supported by competent, well trained caring Staff qualified in NVQ Level 3 and 4. We have a comprehensive induction program and training in Autism, Learning Disabilities, Dignity in Care, Health & Safety and others. Our specialist tutors (Keep Fit, Drama, Massage, Pottery etc.) are qualified in their respective fields.

We have a proven track record and a vast amount of experience working with people on the autistic spectrum and with other complex needs. In 2013 we achieved the “Investors In People Bronze” Award.
